Shiny Dratini, nearly flawless IVs

So recently I met a person who RNGs, and I happened to meet him when he had just bred a shiny Dratini, but with a modest nature which he didn't like, so he gave it to me. As far as I know, it has very close to perfect IVs, and it is not the Dratini/Gabite from BW2. I'm looking for any shinies, depending on what they are, as well as previous generation legendaries. Not too sure about the value of this particular shiny Pokemon since BW2's mass production of Gabite and Dratini, but I have one and I'm pretty sure it's not from that. x)

Any offers will be taken into consideration!
 
@Frost Mage; For future reference when wanting to trade away Pokemon for something else in return you should post in Delibird's Deals, alright? Otherwise happy trading. :)
