I EV'd and IV'd this Milotic only to find out that Hypnosis is an egg move. I don't need it. It's moves are Ice Beam, Surf, Recover, Tackle, and it's level is 23. I would appreciate EV'd pokemon for it. My FC is in my Sig and Profile.
