I really need a shiny female evee with a rash nature, idc if its hacked or not and i can offer a darkrai or latias or whatever i can, im getting kinda desperate and i need this to complete my team, ive always wanted to have a shiny glaceon and i really wanna ev train its sp atk which is why i need a rash one, so if you can help me out this would be grreatly appreciated
