Hi there guys! It's business time! I'm looking to get my hands on a shiny latias, preferably timid, preferably not hacked, but I'm open to options, especially if I can get a soul dew on her and I think the only way to do that in white/white2 would be through non-legitimate means.

I can't make pokemon since I don't have AR or any other device but I have tons of poke's and I have no problem looking through my various games to see if I have it or can make it.
