Shiny Magikarp or other shinys

I am looking for shiny pokemon, but mostly a low leveled shiny magikarp. I am also looking for a dragon scale. I can trade many ppokemon including psudos. Every pokemon I trade will be infected with the pokerus too, so it will be great for training.
