These are the Pokemon I've seen in the Anime show.

Magniton
Magikarp
Gyarados
Noctowl
Shuckle
Donphan
Swellow

Have you seen any others?

Thank GOD you didn't say Butterfree.

And yup, that's all of them!

Oh yeah, it was a Gold Magikarp!

And the Purple Kecleon is different then the RS Shiny Keckleon, so it doesn't count.

If it's not a shiny, then what is it (and the pink Butterfree)?

Don't forget that the Japanese word for these Pokémon is "alternate color." Are they of an alternate color than the standard for their breeds? Yes.

I personally think any Pokemon of a different color can be considered a shiny. They may not be the "official game shiny", but since they are of an alternate color - they should be considered as a shiny Pokemon, but not classified as the shiny Pokemon you could see in the games.

That would be Kecleon's "Color Change" ability...wait, no it wouldn't.
Edit: Actually, yes it would. The Shiny Kecleon only has a blue belly band, as opposed to the normal red belly band.

There's also the Shiny Mew at the beginning of the original opening.
