Shiny Seviper(can be hacked)

For a shiny seviper and one other shiny or Pokemon of interest, I am willing to trade a legit UT lvl.50 Deoxys obtined from a Game Stop event. The two pokemon can be hacked but must atleast look legit. (ex. no using masterballs and seviper must be caught at route 208 in D/P/Pt.)

I have two Deoxys but I am only willing to trade one. The Natures are:

Timid
Strong willed.
Likes sweet food.

Lonely
Alert to sounds.
Likes spicy food.

Can I RNG a pokemon for you? It would be legit, and shiny. Does the Seviper have to be caught, or can it be hatched?
