Shiny Shedinja

Here's a crazy question:
If you have a shiny Nincada, and it evolves, and have the extra Pokeball and extra slot, do you get a shiny Shedinja and a shiny Ninjask? Or do you just get a shiny Ninjask and a normal Shedinja?

Also, kind of a related question, if the only extra Pokeball you have in your bag is a Masterball, will the Shedinja use the Masterball?

I think this should be in the simple questions thread. And I think that the shedinja has to be shiny, because else there is no legitimate way to get one
