That was actually directed at big DUB, but if your breeding anything else (perfect IV's really don't matter to me because I don't play competitively) let me know.

yeah, she should be. the person I got it from told me they legit checked it. :3 info on it. It was hatched from an egg, and the nature is modest. ^^
