I'm new to shoddy and competitive battling altogther so my teams probably pretty average. I've been playing with it for the last couple of days but I've had more losses than wins. Basically my idea was to lead with infernape, fake out first then set up stealth rock. I use Zapdos for thunder wave then roar away opponents and keep paralyzing them. scizor, lucario and salamence as sweepers and cresselia late game to lunar dance and heal whichever sweeper i need most/ is still alive. I'm thinking of getting rid of cresselia because she usually gets killed before she can lunar dance and maybe replacing one or two of the sweepers. I aslo have trouble dealing with swampert leads and just swampert in general.

Infernape@Focus Sash
Nature: Naive
EV's: Atk64/ Spd192/ Sp.Atk/252
-Close Combat
-Fake Out
-Fire Blast
-Stealth Rock

Cresselia@Light Clay
Nature: Bold
EV's: HP220/ Def124/ Spd164
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Psychic
-Lunar Dance

I got this set off of an issue of The Smog and I thought it would be a good idea to be able to have one of my sweepers all healed again, although when the time comes to use her I set up light screen and reflect (if I have enough time to do both) and then get killed on the turn I use Lunar Dance. I'm thinking about getting rid of Cresselia altogether but I dont know what to replace it with.

Lucario@life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Steadfast
EV's: Atk252/ Spd252/ Def4
-Close Combat
-Crunch
-Extremespeed
-Swords Dance

He's pretty much just my Physical sweeper with no other purpose than that, I'll replace him if I need to.

Zapdos@Leftovers
Nature:Bold
EV's HP248/ Def228/ Spd32
-Roar
-Roost
-Thunder Wave
-Thunderbolt

When I can get Zapdos on a roll I actually find him really useful and the few matches I've won have mostly been ones where he's had an impact.

373Salamence.png

Salamence@Life Orb
Nature: Rash
EV's: Atk80/ Spd176/ Sp.Atk252
-Brick Break
-Crunch
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast

Standard MixMence, he's pretty much in the same boat as Lucario, I know they're good but they just don't seem to work for me. Although its probably just me using them wrong.

Scizor.png

Scizor@Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EV's: HP248/ Atk252/ Spd10
-Bullet Punch
-Pursuit
-Superpower
-U-Turn

I find Scizor the most useful of all my sweepers, I've had a few good sweeps with him, which is more than I can say for the other two. I also use this Scizor variant in my battle tower team so I know how to use him better than the others.

Any constructive criticism would be helpful ^__^ thanks.
