Should I restart Emerald?

The thing is, i'm not sure if I should. I mean, I finished the main game, and gotten to the Frontier. I've caught Latios, but none of the other legendaries yet (though I am going after a Reclainth, so I can get Regice). I also was able to collect the master Rank of the cool contest.

But I also registered over 100 hours, and I'm still a long way from getting some EV trained pokemon for the battle frontier. (I beat the Elite at 71 hours) I'm thinking that by restarting, I can start earlier, and it'll take less time to do the EV training and all that other stuff. Plus, I'll have something else to do once that gets boring.

Of course, that means taht the over 100 hours of everything I did before will be ereased. At least I didn't trade or get any unobtainable pokemon downloaded, so that's not a concern.

But what do you think?

I'd hold onto it. You've played the game far too long to throw it all away, when you can transfer all those to the 4th gen games eventually. EV training is probably much more easier once you've actually got everything opened up, I'd think.

You might as well wait, because there isn't a lot of EV training you can do until you have the convenience of Fly and Surf.

You can start over in a sense with new captures and breeding, you know.
