Hello! I am a huge fan of Sichuan food. Sichuan, which is a province of China, is renowned for its fragrant and extremely spicy food. Its signature flavour is mala, or Mandarin for "numbing and spicy". It's an exciting taste sensation where the fiery heat of chilli peppers and the numbing Sichuan peppercorn come together. Do these dishes inspire tears of joy or terror?
