A little Something i whipped up after my battle with Red in SS. Enjoy. Tell me how i did.
Silver's Way
Mt. Silver, how did i ever make it. taking down 16 gym leaders wasn't easy, even i must admit... my Pokemon, they are nothing but weapons... a weapon is used to kill the wicked and savage. I've been told i was wrong many times. is it possible... that i am Wrong... "Pokemon aren't weapons." he said... "I Feel sorry for your Pokemon. to be trained by a naive trainer, such as yourself."... maybe... it isn't impossible to give them some respect... maybe my thoughts were wrong...
"... ... ... ..." The tall, slender young boy stood straight up. his back to the wind as the bombardment of hail struck them. the trainer dressed in Red said nothing. he looked at me and put his hand on the front of his hat bowing his head a bit.
"Red, the Kanto champion..." I had whispered to myself. his presence was intense. the fact that i, Silver, would have a chance to beat the notorious Red. this thought had always been a dream up until now. I stared at Red as he had reached to his belt for a Poke-Ball that had a lightning bolt on it. he did not grab it, he simply taped it. i spoke out to him...
"Red, i have bested the Legendary dogs, i have tamed Lugia, i have beaten Brock, Misty, and Green. I, Silver, now come for You!" Red looked at me, the sparks in his eyes became an ember. he grabbed a different poke-ball on his waist. it was a blue one with 2 red strips, a Great ball. he held it in his hand and pressed the button to make its size increase. I Watched this, the hail would strike me hard, even threw my thick sweat shirt. his dull movements, made me wonder if he was numb, if he had been on this mountain for the 3 years, and could no longer tell what was Hot and cold. If he could even feel the hail anymore...
"Wake up... Snorlax." I had finally heard the champions voice, how calm and collected it was. how mature he sounded. This put me in a daze, The what if questions kept me stunned, as the hail kept me awake. "What if I'm only child's play to him..." i found, myself asking. a Large beast standing tall broke me out of my pondering. The large obese beast would open its mouth and yawn loudly. it echoed for what seemed like forever.
"Ordile, Arise!" I threw my poke-ball quickly in front of the giant beast, my Feraligator would stand tall and strong as the hail struck them both. I caught a glimpse of Snorlax, and how it openly let the hail hit him. did he not feel these shards of ice stabbing him... i would have to prevent myself from getting hit by Snorlax's awesome might. and with that, i gave the first command. "Ordile! Hydro pump!" Ordile would open his massive jaws and water of at least thousands of pounds must have been shot out. the Snorlax, to my surprise, didn't move... he simple stood there, letting himself get hit.
"Gigaimpact..." Red would say in a hushed tone as Snorlax would suddenly be alive with movement, and force his way threw the Hydro pump, Slamming into Ordile's jaws and his body. Ordile was thrown back to where I stood. I don't exactly remember my face, but it was one of fear i would say. My Ordile, Badly wounded stood up next to me. I was stunned, i had forgotten Ordile was also a power house with Strength. I was easily shaken by the massive beast, Snorlax, who stood before me, But Ordile was not. I had to use his courage as my own.
"Surf!" Ordile would slam his left foot down and dig his sharp claws into the snow. the Snorlax appeared to stumble as the hail came down upon them, it had not. Ordile rose its arms and summoned a tsunami to the peak of the mountain from the waters within the mountain itself. Ordile jumped on the wave as i glared at Red, and he glared back. Ordile rode the wave over Snorlax sending him onto his back and toppled with Water. I had looked to try and see without the hail hitting my face. one shard had even cut open my cheek, but i did not notice. Ordile, now on top of Snorlax pinning it roared as it opened its mouth again.
"Shadow ball Snorlax." Red spoke a little louder, as his command was heard and Snorlax opened his mouth and launched a Shadow ball, point blank at Ordile's face. Ordile was thrown back as Red spoke again. "Blizzard." The Snorlax stood and spread its arms apart and opened its mouth. a Blue beam that appeared to be Blue electricity struck Ordile in the gut as he coughed up Air and struggled on the ground.
"Water Fall!" Ordile would hear my next command loudly as he used all his strength to fire a large water ball straight up and it slams down on Snorlax's shoulders. Snorlax is forced into the ground once more as Ordile stands up, wobbling, disoriented, and Frozen.
"Giga impact..." Once more Red commanded the Snorlax, as it jumped to its feet, with the same problems as Ordile had and slammed into him, crushing my Ordile. I Stood amazed at how both Pokemon where now knocked out, and how Red, stood without motion. -he called Snorlax back as he then grabbed another Poke-Ball and threw it forward sending out a Venusaur. "Grow, Venusaur..."
"Return, Ordile." i had to think, and so i did. i sent out my Ultra-Ball which held my first Pokemon, Manyula the Weavile. "Go, Manyula!" the Poke-seals really did they're job as Manyula jumped out of the Ultra-ball and black rose petals surrounded him in a tornado of Black Rose Ice.
"Sleep Powder" Venusaur's massive flower on its back exploded with green powder everywhere. Manyula would Dash at the Venusaur to strike before the sleep powder took full effect. it connected, as Manyula held its fist up against Venusaur's right side, Venusaur would let out a wild growl as the ice punch hurt it terribly, leaving a giant wound that bled. Manyula would drop right there as it falls asleep against its will.
"Venusaur, Frenzy Plant!" Red's voice echoed as loud as I've ever heard him talk, the loud yell made Venusaur light up green and it would root itself into the ground beside where Manyula was. Giant roots with spikes on them come out of the ground and struck Manyula roughly as it was getting cut and slashed by these mighty vines. My voice slipped out, in a worried tone that i never knew i could speak in.
"MANYULA! No! Wake up!" Manyula twitched as my hoarse voice got its attention, without any delay it awoke and bounced off 2 vines, cutting its feet, and dropped to the ground, injured. The Venusaur's blood stained the snow a light red around its right side, as did my Manyula. it wasn't something that i wasn't used to seeing... no scratches where gonna stop Manyula. "Ice punch!" Manyula dash's out again limping quickly and strikes it with another ice punch in the same spot. The Venusaur let out a cry of pain as it closed its eyes and dropped in the blood stained snow staining its skin. Manyula stood above it, and gave a smirk as it got on 1 knee and breath's heavily.
Red had looked up at the Venusaur... his eyes lit up and he threw the poke-ball above it calling it back. his eyes, now on fire, looked at me and he grabbed the Poke-Ball with the lightning bolt on it. he threw it. "I choose you! Pikachu!" His voice, also Hoarse from the intense battle echoed once more. Pikachu, the legendary Pokemon that red has been with since his journey began...
"Return, Manyula." Manyula looked at the Pikachu as it faded back into its poke-ball and i threw my next Pokemon out. "Go, Ursaring!" the poke-ball that contained Ursaring was thrown, but the hail knocked it back to behind me as Ursaring comes out and looks at Pikachu. "Rock Smash!" Ursaring, upon hearing the command, quickly grabbed a rock from underneath him and slammed it with his Arm as it shattered into millions of rock that were flying down upon Pikachu.
"Dodge it, then lets see a Volt tackle." Silver's eyes widened, as the Pikachu bounced off the floating rocks swiftly, only getting hit with 2 or 3. Pikachu, now at a high altitude that Ursaring supplied him with my voice, now glew in in electricity. The Pikachu struck the ground that had Ursaring on it, i couldent tell what had happened. Did i blink? no, but the hail might have been playing tricks on my. i took another look, Pikachu was in the spot Ursaring was, with no Ursaring. i looked around, as i saw a giant brown fur-body in the snow, revising it to be Ursaring i ran to him to see if the Carnage was terrible. Red did not move, he stayed completely still waiting for the fight to continue.
"Ursaring..." I stared down at him, no blood but his body was charged with 10k volts. Ursaring twitched as he got up and rose above my height. i looked to him. his face, now that i could see it, was bleeding from the temple. he pounded his own chest and let out a Warning call to Pikachu. Ursaring jumped at Pikachu, pulling another rock out of the ground as it had done before. Pikachu looked at this and dashes upwards using a quick attack, Ready to dodge the ruble. however, ruble wasn't what Ursaring threw this time. to my surprise he shattered the rock into shards that where sharp and let them fall. the Pikachu looked up and used thunder, as a giant thunder bolt had come from the sky and struck Pikachu from above, knocking all the rocks away from above. "Now, Hammer Arm!" Ursaring took the opportunity to strike Pikachu in the back with a hammer arm quickly, to inflict as much damage as possible.
Pikachu would get hit, and be sent flying. "Ariel recover..." Red had said. i had never known of this move, maybe because it wasn't a move, it was a strategy. Pikachu bounced off the air seemingly and was now high enough in the sky. he dash's at Ursaring once again with a volt tackle, one that hit and had ended Ursaring for the fight. Ursaring laid there without movement.
"Ursaring... Return." i had to stop this Pikachu so i had only 1 option... "Go! Manyula!" i sent out Manyula again as the black petals went everywhere, in hardly a gust this time. Manyula stood, cuts a little, but not fully, Healed. Manyula jumped up as it points its claws at Pikachu. "Shadow Claw!" Pikachu dash's out of the way, but it wasn't possible... Manyula appeared from the shadows of Pikachu and struck it with both claws. Pikachu let out a small yelp as red immediately said.
"Iron Tail!" Pikachu swung around making the blood on its fur wipe off as Pikachu had swung its tail at Manyula. i couldn't say anything, but Manyula knew what to do, He put both claws in-front of him and used Metal Claw to try and cancel the attack. Pikachu and Manyula stood there in a metal stand off.
"Dark pulse!" Manyula threw Pikachu by grabbing its tail. Pikachu caught itself on 4 legs and charged itself with electricity, Manyula interrupted him by sending waves of darkness that slammed into Pikachu, Red, and Me. Red was hardly moved as his Pikachu flew back and i stumbled a bit. Pikachu, now at critical injury, throws himself on Manyula's back and shocks it. Red's eyes widened as Manyula and Pikachu both fainted with the very powerful thunder shock. Red and i looked at Each other... and we both reached for our poke-balls slowly Red and i threw the poke-balls calling back Pikachu and Manyula at the same time and sending out Blastoise and Honchkrow respectively.
We called out commands... the hail slammed us roughly. i myself, had become hazy and dizzy... my eyes where giving out. Red had made his Blastoise use Hydro Cannon. Honchkrow, Luckily, had flown upward to dodge the storm of 100k pounds of water.
"Honchkrow! Brave-bird!!!" My voice echoed loudly and Honchkrow gleamed in a purple light, he let out a crow that shattered the hail around him and flew straight down toward Blastoise. The Blastoise was stunned by the Hydro cannon used Earlier and was struck in the chest plate with Honchkrow's beak. his chest plate shattered and he landed on his back knocked out. Honchkrow stood on top of it as it falls off and stands on its talons, its talons sink into the snow. the hail strikes it and it faints as-well. much to Red and I's Surprise. they each only had 2 Pokemon left.
"Silver... your quite the challenge... but your style is rough... a double bladed sword. you treat your Pokemon like weapons..." My eyes dulled... i knew it was the truth. but recently, I've been trying to learn... wouldn't my Pokemon have lead me on to believe that i was being a horrible trainer... or do they know the difference anymore... the Moral Value of a trainer. "Now go, Lapras!" He threw a Ultra-ball that opened with a blue aura, as the Lapras rose out of it, Shards of Glass swirled around it, making a Barrier that almost no Pokemon would get threw.
"I know..." i re-called my Honchkrow, and sent out my Umbreon. "But its how i was taught!" Umbreon came Surging out of the Poke-Ball with Stars Surrounding him. The worst was over, now the after math would have to be Dealt with. i thought about something, the fact that i caught Umbreon when he was an Eevee at the Twinkle park. which means that Umbreon still remembers Twinkle Circuit. It was his time to show this off. "Umbreon! Dark pulse!" Umbreon stabbed his feet to the ground and unleashed waves of Darkness at Lapras to try and knock the Ice Barrier off its rhythm for a clean attack threw, sadly, it failed.
"Lapras use Brine!" Lapras makes a noise that of a majestic Siren, it Echoed like most of the Pokemon have done, at the top of this raging Mountain Battle. Water Forms around Lapras protecting him from the Dark pulse, then the water was thrown in a sphere shape toward Umbreon.
"Iron Tail!" Umbreon did a back-flip over Lapras' Brine attack, and came at Him with a tail glowing white, he struck the Ice barrier shattering many shards, but hurting himself. the ice Barrier would relief itself as the shards drop to the ground and Lapras would surprise Umbreon with a Blizzard beam to its body. "Umbreon! Twinkle Circuit!" Umbreon's eyes would glow purple as he uses his Psychic attack. the shards in the Area would reflect the color making the aura of the attack all different colors, Such as Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Red simply stared at the colors, his eyes looking longingly at the shards of Rainbow. Umbreon Thrusts the Shards to the sky as the sky now lit up with Southern lights. The Lapras, as a natural instinct would Glow with the lights, and so would Umbreon's Strips. "Wrap it up..." I said, as to catch Lapras and red off guard, as the Southern lights would be reviled to be giant ice blocks that solidified from the smaller shards used by Umbreon. The ice blocks came Hurtling downwards at Lapras.
"Psychic, Lapras!" Red would command Lapras. Lapras stops the blocks with trouble throwing them back at Umbreon. however, Umbreon would also stop the Ice glaciers as they now stand still in the air as Red and I look at each other with the will of Champions.
"Trump Card Umbreon!" Umbreon dash's forward to the Lapras and stopped point blank as he pushed the ice blocks above them. Umbreon would Glow yellow releasing the psychic making Lapras launch the Glaciers off the mountain, A rainbow beam would come from Umbreon's Strips and strike Lapras in the soft underbelly. Lapras would get thrown onto its back as Umbreon does a back flip and stand still and ready for Lapras to get back up. This did not happen to my Surprise, Lapras was done.
Red would look at his hand and give a faint smirk. "Come back, Lapras!" he throws his poke-ball and retrieves Lapras. he then holds a poke-ball out in front of him. "Awaken the flames! Charizard!!" He throws the poke-ball as a Charizard bursts out of the Poke-ball and shoots flames Everywhere, one flames Strikes Umbreon directly throwing Umbreon back into a melted pile of water. I knew it was over for Umbreon. so i threw my Ultra-ball and Reclaimed him. "this is it... The Final Stand... Show me what you can do!"
I looked down... and smiled as i knew it was almost over... I grabbed a Dusk ball off my Belt. "Go, Ragarados!" The Red Gyarados took to the Sky as it yelled loudly with its Massive Jaw's. I smirked up at Red, but to my surprise, he wasn't impressed. I'm not sure what i was expecting. Red had Versed Mewtwo, the Unknown, Calmed the Birds, and even Met Mew and Celebi. Or at least, that's what Brock and Misty had claimed. "Ragarados, Dragon Rage!"
"Charizard, Blast Burn!" The 2 Pokemon struck Each other with Flames and Plasma respectively as Ragarados had been thrown back and Charizard Stunned. With Charizard Stunned, i saw my Chance.
"Ragarados, Crunch!" Ragarados would sliver over to Charizard and bite its wing with its humongous Jaws. This, i had thought, was gonna help in the long run. For the Charizard spread its wings and flew high into the Air with Ragarados on its Win.
"Charizard! Air slash!" Charizard threw Ragarados off by doing 2 spins and then swiftly cutting Ragarados's fins with his wings. Both Pokemon Fell to the ground as both Pokemon where now injured in their means of flight. Ragarados let out a Roar of War and came at Charizard Shaking the Ground, Ragarados had use d Earthquake. Charizard stumbled and fell down as he couldn't fly to get away. he then lifted his head up and dash's at Ragarados, managing to glide, with flames spewing around him. "Flare Blitz!" Charizard rammed against Ragarados roughly with his body, exploding flames all over him. Ragarados was thrown back a little but remained standing, Charizard However, was struggling.
Now that i think about it... the hail was a great deal in deciding who would win. Both Charizard and Ragarados had cuts on their bodies from where the hail struck them. its Possible, this could come to a tie. "Ragarados, Use Hyper Beam!" my eyes became blurred... everything went silent, but i had heard Red say.
"Charizard, Blast Burn!!!" it was over... his Charizard is quicker then my Ragarados... i felt light headed as i started to freeze over. i remember Both the Attacks exploded on each other... then i closed my eyes and dropped to my knees. Was this it? who had won... it was Very cold... up on Mountain Silver... how did i ever make it... those Gyms... where nothing Compared to Red... not even Gold matched up to Red... my eyes felt like they were sewed shut... was this how i would learn my lesson... treat the creatures you use as Weapons, with the respect of a friend... a Friend... Someone like... Gold... and Lyra. I found fire inside my gut as i stood up and ripped open my eyes.
"I fight, For my Friends..." The smoke started clearing, "With my Friends!" I could see Red with his back turned in the distance. Ragarados at been standing. "I realize now, that these 'Weapons' as I've called them for so long, Are my Friends! and i will fight with them! and take down anyone in my way! With my Friends, that is my New way!" the smoke cleared as Charizard would be Face down in the snow. knocked out with blood in the snow below it. Ragarados would be bleeding as well, but standing and in critical condition. Red would Call back Charizard without looking.
"Now you under stand... ... ..." Red would be covered in hail. i myself... cuts all over my hands and chest. even with the Gloves and shirt on... i would close my eyes and call back Ragarados.
"Red..." i would open my eyes again as no one would be there. Red was gone. the battle damage of the mountain already covered up with snow and hail. the battle forgotten by the terrain, but not forgotten by me. My Team was thrashed, and so was my body... do i take this time to rest like Gold usually does... or do i take this time to Train... i thought to myself awhile on this... i turned back to the cave as i looked at the Escape rope i had set up. which made me think more... had red jumped off the mountain? better yet, Did Red go and heal his Pokemon? Did he go back to Pallet town? i sat there in the snow for awhile pondering these questions... i would then stand up... as i remembered that my Pokemon where very critical on their life's. I slowly limped into the cave and looked at the rope for a minute or two... i then looked back to the Battle field... and i could have Sworn Gold was there... but i was tired... and beat up. there was no time to waste with Formalities if Gold had been there... i grabbed the escape rope. and left the Submit of Mt. Silver, The battle field of champions... ... ...

"Go, Ursaring!" the poke-ball that contained Ursaring was thrown, but the hail knocked it back to behind me as Ursaring comes out and looks at Pikachu. "Rock Smash!" Ursaring, upon hearing the command, quickly grabbed a rock from underneath him and slammed it with his Arm as it shattered into millions of rock that were flying down upon Pikachu.
"Dodge it, then lets see a Volt tackle." Silver's eyes widened, as the Pikachu bounced off the floating rocks swiftly, only getting hit with 2 or 3. Pikachu, now at a high altitude that Ursaring supplied him with my voice, now glew in in electricity. The Pikachu struck the ground that had Ursaring on it, i couldent tell what had happened. Did i blink? no, but the hail might have been playing tricks on my. i took another look, Pikachu was in the spot Ursaring was, with no Ursaring. i looked around, as i saw a giant brown fur-body in the snow, revising it to be Ursaring i ran to him to see if the Carnage was terrible. Red did not move, he stayed completely still waiting for the fight to continue.
"Ursaring..." I stared down at him, no blood but his body was charged with 10k volts. Ursaring twitched as he got up and rose above my height. i looked to him. his face, now that i could see it, was bleeding from the temple. he pounded his own chest and let out a Warning call to Pikachu. Ursaring jumped at Pikachu, pulling another rock out of the ground as it had done before. Pikachu looked at this and dashes upwards using a quick attack, Ready to dodge the ruble. however, ruble wasn't what Ursaring threw this time. to my surprise he shattered the rock into shards that where sharp and let them fall. the Pikachu looked up and used thunder, as a giant thunder bolt had come from the sky and struck Pikachu from above, knocking all the rocks away from above. "Now, Hammer Arm!" Ursaring took the opportunity to strike Pikachu in the back with a hammer arm quickly, to inflict as much damage as possible.
Pikachu would get hit, and be sent flying. "Ariel recover..." Red had said. i had never known of this move, maybe because it wasn't a move, it was a strategy. Pikachu bounced off the air seemingly and was now high enough in the sky. he dash's at Ursaring once again with a volt tackle, one that hit and had ended Ursaring for the fight. Ursaring laid there without movement.
"Ursaring... Return." i had to stop this Pikachu so i had only 1 option... "Go! Manyula!" i sent out Manyula again as the black petals went everywhere, in hardly a gust this time. Manyula stood, cuts a little, but not fully, Healed. Manyula jumped up as it points its claws at Pikachu. "Shadow Claw!" Pikachu dash's out of the way, but it wasn't possible... Manyula appeared from the shadows of Pikachu and struck it with both claws. Pikachu let out a small yelp as red immediately said.
"Iron Tail!" Pikachu swung around making the blood on its fur wipe off as Pikachu had swung its tail at Manyula. i couldn't say anything, but Manyula knew what to do, He put both claws in-front of him and used Metal Claw to try and cancel the attack. Pikachu and Manyula stood there in a metal stand off.
"Dark pulse!" Manyula threw Pikachu by grabbing its tail. Pikachu caught itself on 4 legs and charged itself with electricity, Manyula interrupted him by sending waves of darkness that slammed into Pikachu, Red, and Me. Red was hardly moved as his Pikachu flew back and i stumbled a bit. Pikachu, now at critical injury, throws himself on Manyula's back and shocks it. Red's eyes widened as Manyula and Pikachu both fainted with the very powerful thunder shock. Red and i looked at Each other... and we both reached for our poke-balls slowly Red and i threw the poke-balls calling back Pikachu and Manyula at the same time and sending out Blastoise and Honchkrow respectively.
We called out commands... the hail slammed us roughly. i myself, had become hazy and dizzy... my eyes where giving out. Red had made his Blastoise use Hydro Cannon. Honchkrow, Luckily, had flown upward to dodge the storm of 100k pounds of water.
"Honchkrow! Brave-bird!!!" My voice echoed loudly and Honchkrow gleamed in a purple light, he let out a crow that shattered the hail around him and flew straight down toward Blastoise. The Blastoise was stunned by the Hydro cannon used Earlier and was struck in the chest plate with Honchkrow's beak. his chest plate shattered and he landed on his back knocked out. Honchkrow stood on top of it as it falls off and stands on its talons, its talons sink into the snow. the hail strikes it and it faints as-well. much to Red and I's Surprise. they each only had 2 Pokemon left.
"Silver... your quite the challenge... but your style is rough... a double bladed sword. you treat your Pokemon like weapons..." My eyes dulled... i knew it was the truth. but recently, I've been trying to learn... wouldn't my Pokemon have lead me on to believe that i was being a horrible trainer... or do they know the difference anymore... the Moral Value of a trainer. "Now go, Lapras!" He threw a Ultra-ball that opened with a blue aura, as the Lapras rose out of it, Shards of Glass swirled around it, making a Barrier that almost no Pokemon would get threw.
"I know..." i re-called my Honchkrow, and sent out my Umbreon. "But its how i was taught!" Umbreon came Surging out of the Poke-Ball with Stars Surrounding him. The worst was over, now the after math would have to be Dealt with. i thought about something, the fact that i caught Umbreon when he was an Eevee at the Twinkle park. which means that Umbreon still remembers Twinkle Circuit. It was his time to show this off. "Umbreon! Dark pulse!" Umbreon stabbed his feet to the ground and unleashed waves of Darkness at Lapras to try and knock the Ice Barrier off its rhythm for a clean attack threw, sadly, it failed.
"Lapras use Brine!" Lapras makes a noise that of a majestic Siren, it Echoed like most of the Pokemon have done, at the top of this raging Mountain Battle. Water Forms around Lapras protecting him from the Dark pulse, then the water was thrown in a sphere shape toward Umbreon.
"Iron Tail!" Umbreon did a back-flip over Lapras' Brine attack, and came at Him with a tail glowing white, he struck the Ice barrier shattering many shards, but hurting himself. the ice Barrier would relief itself as the shards drop to the ground and Lapras would surprise Umbreon with a Blizzard beam to its body. "Umbreon! Twinkle Circuit!" Umbreon's eyes would glow purple as he uses his Psychic attack. the shards in the Area would reflect the color making the aura of the attack all different colors, Such as Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Red simply stared at the colors, his eyes looking longingly at the shards of Rainbow. Umbreon Thrusts the Shards to the sky as the sky now lit up with Southern lights. The Lapras, as a natural instinct would Glow with the lights, and so would Umbreon's Strips. "Wrap it up..." I said, as to catch Lapras and red off guard, as the Southern lights would be reviled to be giant ice blocks that solidified from the smaller shards used by Umbreon. The ice blocks came Hurtling downwards at Lapras.
"Psychic, Lapras!" Red would command Lapras. Lapras stops the blocks with trouble throwing them back at Umbreon. however, Umbreon would also stop the Ice glaciers as they now stand still in the air as Red and I look at each other with the will of Champions.
"Trump Card Umbreon!" Umbreon dash's forward to the Lapras and stopped point blank as he pushed the ice blocks above them. Umbreon would Glow yellow releasing the psychic making Lapras launch the Glaciers off the mountain, A rainbow beam would come from Umbreon's Strips and strike Lapras in the soft underbelly. Lapras would get thrown onto its back as Umbreon does a back flip and stand still and ready for Lapras to get back up. This did not happen to my Surprise, Lapras was done.
Red would look at his hand and give a faint smirk. "Come back, Lapras!" he throws his poke-ball and retrieves Lapras. he then holds a poke-ball out in front of him. "Awaken the flames! Charizard!!" He throws the poke-ball as a Charizard bursts out of the Poke-ball and shoots flames Everywhere, one flames Strikes Umbreon directly throwing Umbreon back into a melted pile of water. I knew it was over for Umbreon. so i threw my Ultra-ball and Reclaimed him. "this is it... The Final Stand... Show me what you can do!"
I looked down... and smiled as i knew it was almost over... I grabbed a Dusk ball off my Belt. "Go, Ragarados!" The Red Gyarados took to the Sky as it yelled loudly with its Massive Jaw's. I smirked up at Red, but to my surprise, he wasn't impressed. I'm not sure what i was expecting. Red had Versed Mewtwo, the Unknown, Calmed the Birds, and even Met Mew and Celebi. Or at least, that's what Brock and Misty had claimed. "Ragarados, Dragon Rage!"
"Charizard, Blast Burn!" The 2 Pokemon struck Each other with Flames and Plasma respectively as Ragarados had been thrown back and Charizard Stunned. With Charizard Stunned, i saw my Chance.
"Ragarados, Crunch!" Ragarados would sliver over to Charizard and bite its wing with its humongous Jaws. This, i had thought, was gonna help in the long run. For the Charizard spread its wings and flew high into the Air with Ragarados on its Win.
"Charizard! Air slash!" Charizard threw Ragarados off by doing 2 spins and then swiftly cutting Ragarados's fins with his wings. Both Pokemon Fell to the ground as both Pokemon where now injured in their means of flight. Ragarados let out a Roar of War and came at Charizard Shaking the Ground, Ragarados had use d Earthquake. Charizard stumbled and fell down as he couldn't fly to get away. he then lifted his head up and dash's at Ragarados, managing to glide, with flames spewing around him. "Flare Blitz!" Charizard rammed against Ragarados roughly with his body, exploding flames all over him. Ragarados was thrown back a little but remained standing, Charizard However, was struggling.
Now that i think about it... the hail was a great deal in deciding who would win. Both Charizard and Ragarados had cuts on their bodies from where the hail struck them. its Possible, this could come to a tie. "Ragarados, Use Hyper Beam!" my eyes became blurred... everything went silent, but i had heard Red say.
"Charizard, Blast Burn!!!" it was over... his Charizard is quicker then my Ragarados... i felt light headed as i started to freeze over. i remember Both the Attacks exploded on each other... then i closed my eyes and dropped to my knees. Was this it? who had won... it was Very cold... up on Mountain Silver... how did i ever make it... those Gyms... where nothing Compared to Red... not even Gold matched up to Red... my eyes felt like they were sewed shut... was this how i would learn my lesson... treat the creatures you use as Weapons, with the respect of a friend... a Friend... Someone like... Gold... and Lyra. I found fire inside my gut as i stood up and ripped open my eyes.
"I fight, For my Friends..." The smoke started clearing, "With my Friends!" I could see Red with his back turned in the distance. Ragarados at been standing. "I realize now, that these 'Weapons' as I've called them for so long, Are my Friends! and i will fight with them! and take down anyone in my way! With my Friends, that is my New way!" the smoke cleared as Charizard would be Face down in the snow. knocked out with blood in the snow below it. Ragarados would be bleeding as well, but standing and in critical condition. Red would Call back Charizard without looking.
"Now you under stand... ... ..." Red would be covered in hail. i myself... cuts all over my hands and chest. even with the Gloves and shirt on... i would close my eyes and call back Ragarados.
"Red..." i would open my eyes again as no one would be there. Red was gone. the battle damage of the mountain already covered up with snow and hail. the battle forgotten by the terrain, but not forgotten by me. My Team was thrashed, and so was my body... do i take this time to rest like Gold usually does... or do i take this time to Train... i thought to myself awhile on this... i turned back to the cave as i looked at the Escape rope i had set up. which made me think more... had red jumped off the mountain? better yet, Did Red go and heal his Pokemon? Did he go back to Pallet town? i sat there in the snow for awhile pondering these questions... i would then stand up... as i remembered that my Pokemon where very critical on their life's. I slowly limped into the cave and looked at the rope for a minute or two... i then looked back to the Battle field... and i could have Sworn Gold was there... but i was tired... and beat up. there was no time to waste with Formalities if Gold had been there... i grabbed the escape rope. and left the Submit of Mt. Silver, The battle field of champions... ... ...
