I tried to actually put thought into this team by giving a certain Pokemon a job for a basic strategy.

PS-open the spoilers -_-

[LEAD]

ITEM
~Choice Scarf
STATS
~4HP/252ATK/252SPD
ATTACKS
~Spore/Destiny Bond/Trick/U-Turn
NATURE
~Jolly
ABILITY
~Own Tempo

Why Smeargle?
~Well I thought I'd go out and use something other than the generic lead like Swampert or Aerodactyl. Now basically 90% of the time it will be one of those leads and they 90% WILL use Stealth Rock. So I use Trick, swap items and make them useless stuck on Stealth Rock. Other than that I can put them to sleep, and U-Turn out to something better. Destiny Bond is there when I want to get rid of the Pokemon I just use it.

Troll (DeezeNuts came up with that nickname for a Breloom not too long ago)
ITEM
~Toxic Orb
STATS
~48HP/252ATK/208SPD
ATTACKS
~Spore/Swords Dance/Mach Punch/Seed Bomb
NATURE
~Adamant
ABILITY
~Poison Heal

Why Breloom?
~This Pokemon is basically the fucking MVP of this team...I kid you not. It has swept and won me matches more than any other team I've made...that's how badass this Pokemon is. Now Breloom is infamous for putting shit to sleep, setting up, having a status while healing. I used to run a lot of Leech Seed+Sub, Focus Punch+Sub, Bulk Up sets in the past and they sucked. This set just works. I sleep the opposing Pokemon, try to get 3 SD's in...after that it's pretty much game over.

ITEM
~Leftovers
STATS
~252HP/86ATK/80DEF/92SPDEF
ATTACKS
~Stealth Rock/Gyro Ball/Earthquake/Explosion
NATURE
~Sassy
ABILITY
~Levitate

Why Bronzong?
Just a good wall all around. Usually always comes in after Smeargle to set up the rocks. After rocks are up I tried to do what ever damage I can with Gyro Ball and EQ, if I don't wanna keep fucking around I explode.

[REVENGE KILLER-ish]

Outrageous
ITEM
~Choice Scarf
STATS
~4HP/252ATK/252SPD
ATTACKS
~Earthquake/Stone Edge/Outrage/U-Turn
NATURE
~Adamant
ABILITY
~Levitate

Why Flygon?
~Honestly? I never used him. So this is pretty much the most I've used him and he isn't bad. He comes in as a revenge killer pretty or tries to kill other non-scarfed dragons with Outrage. Doesn't take hits as well as I want it to :|

[SPECIAL SWEEPER]

WishUponA (Starmie...get it...it's a sta- nvm >_>)
ITEM
~Choice Specs
STATS
~4HP/252SPATK/252SPD
ATTACKS
~Surf/Psychic/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
NATURE
~Timid
ABILITY
~Natural Cure

Why Starmie?
~It's pretty much been the shit since Gen I. I know Starmie is deadly when Scarfed but since it's a wonderful Special Sweeper I thought I'd give it Timid nature, to increase it's speed and it's SpAtk stands at 448 which will do some major damage to teams. Starmie is pretty much know for being pretty fast and deadly. It's here to take care of mostly Heatrans, Gyarados, Ghost types and Dragon types.

[SUB SWEEPER]

HolocaustOven (BAWWW IT'S OFFENSIVE!!!11 :D Great analysis, go complain to someone who cares)
ITEM
~Leftovers
STATS
~128HP/212SPD/168SPATK
ATTACKS
~Shadow Ball/Charge Beam/Substitute/ Hidden Power (Fighting)
NATURE
~Timid
ABILITY
~Levitate

Why Rotom-h?
~He always swept me and I got sick of it. Although I wanted to try a different approach other than a Life Orb or a Choiced Rotom so I tried the Sub sweep. I set up a sub when the opponent expects a Shadow Ball, Overheat or Thunderbolt, then after that I try to raise it's SpAtk with Charge Beam as much as possible and that's it. I'm still debating if I should give it Overheat because HP-Fighting doesn't really do much and can't really do shit to Blissey >_>

Well that's all I've got..as you can see some of these Pokemon could use some help.

Your team seems to involve a lot of switching, what with 3 Choiced Pokes. Stealth Rock will be a pain in your side, and a Poke with Pursuit will thin your ranks, especially if it's aimed at Starmie.

Looks like a decent start. The Smeargle lead seems interesting, you may at least catch somebody off guard with Destiny Bond. Don't really have any comments there, when you have something that outspeeds all non Scarf Leads you can usually do alright.

For Breloom I would try Sub over Spore. If you Spore something with Smeargle, you won't need it anyway. I think you can play some mind games with a non Spore Breloom. People will assume you have Spore so they will probably bring in something to take the Sleep. Once you are safe behind a Sub you can start to use Swords Dance. Both ways the set is walled/smashed by Dragon/Flying types, so be careful when you bring out Breloom early in the match.

That Bronzong set is fine, just consider the synergy with your team. I think it looks alright, just don't depend on him too much to wall anything and everything. I used to do the same fast lead with sleep switch to Zong combo, which is generally not a bad idea.

Again, standard Flygon. Might want to do a +Speed nature to tie with +1 Naive DD Mence, but otherwise it should be fast for general revenge killing and hit and runs. I haven't used one myself in a while, so I'm really not sure what the optimal speed for him is if you aren't doing max.

I would consider Expert Belt / Life Orb Starmie for versatility. Specs Starmie would probably want Trick, although you do have another Tricker already. I would try to limit the Choice Items to 2.

Hidden Power Fighting doesn't do crap to Blissey, but it DOES maim Tyranitar, so I can see your reasoning behind it. You can try replacing it with a support option like WoW, but Rotom's offensive movepool is pretty limited. I wouldn't use Overheat since it contradicts the setup. If you wanted another move you could use Wash Rotom for Hydro Pump or Fan Rotom for Air Slash.
