Since Misty showed up in AG and May showed up in DP...

...It's only natural that Dawn will eventually show up for a story arc in BW. Or is it?

But...Misty's Togepi evolved during her AG appearance, and several of May's Pokemon were revealed to have already evolved in her DP appearance.
So...will the same thing happen to any of Dawn's Pokemon?

Poll is multichoice in case someone thinks more than one of her Pokemon might evolve.
 
It's possible that Piplup might evolve, but I doubt it. Maybe Buneary might, since she's in a whatsit. What was it again?
 
Its possible Dawn's special was intended to be her cameo, same with Brock.

Best Wishes has a, "fresh start" vibe going on, which makes me think none of Ash's old friends will get an appearance this time. Likewise the death of Contests in the anime really makes me think the whole coordinator thing won't be brought up ever again.
 
I'm doubtful she will show up, since she and Brock have already been given follow up specials and the anime seems to be completely trying to reset itself bar Ash and Pikachu.
If she does though, I think Piplup might evolve since it doesn't matter about it losing it's charm anymore(if you can call it charm) >.>
 
Hikari is going to Hoenn... Why would she suddenly pop up in Isshu?
 
The thing is, Johto and Sinnoh are relatively close to each other. You get to travel between the four first regions by boats. To Isshu, you have to go by a plane. It's faaaar away.

EDIT: Well, she might go to Unova because of Buneary's occupation.
 
Dawn already had her Cynda evolve into Quilava, it was quite obvious that was the change to her team.

Are you really believe in that? It's ANIMATION not real life. How can something virtual prevent anime-makers in first place?

But seriously, I don't know. There are rumors about a Hikari Hoenn special this summer, and if the rumors are to be true, I can't see her coming to Isshu. (Pretty doubtful about them, but I'd personally love a Hoenn special with Hikari hanging out with Haruka.)
 
Its not going to happen. The specials were clearly one-shot closure for Dawn and Brock. It may not have been complete closure but that was it.

May's in Johto. Unless she already finished that.
 
The writers have severed all ties with the past, why would they take time out of marketing current BW eps to focus on characters that no longer have any relevance?

Never say never. I think at this point they probably think that's it for her, but as the anime goes on and the ratings start to drop a little (due to the inevitable filler episodes) they could decide to have her show up if they're stuck for ideas on how to give it a boost.

I doesn't matter how far Isshu and Hoenn are apart. It's a cartoon. They could have Cynthia rock up with Dawn riding on Garchomp >.>

If they wanted to do it. They could fix it up easily.

Where did you here this? I think we have had enough Dawn to be honest. I'd rather see a Paul special, as it would be alot more interesting.
 
Then why make the specials in the first place? They could have easily saved the plot of Dawn's Cynda evolving into Quilava during a return in the BW series, but instead did it then.

Best Wishes is purposely avoiding mentioning the past, so I really doubt any older character excluding Oak/Delia/Giovanni will make any appearance.

It was just a rumor in 2ch or something. Wouldn't count on it. Still like the idea, though.

Doubting the possibility of Hikari's return =/= Believing in virtual obstacle's effecting anime-makers.
