Singing Jigglypuff

Once again I bother you all with my so-called art. ^^; This time, I drew a singing Jigglypuff using Adobe Illustrator. I'm practicing with this program since I've been rejecting it for so long... Besides, Jigglypuff is really easy to draw using vectorizing software. ^^; Enjoy. At least I hope you do. ^^;

Very cute~! I'm really impressed by how clear-cut and official it looks-- and I love how you incorporated the color of its eyes into the background. Hmmm...not much to critique... You obviously pulled off what you were trying to accomplish masterfully, and it turned out very nice. Good job!
