Mine would be a triple tie between ABSOL, SPIRITOMB & ROTOM. They're the coolest, most powerful and most useful among the bunch. Heracross, Tauros, Durant, Sawk & Skarmory are my runner ups.

Deserves evo? - CORSOLA, MAWILE, FARFETCH'D & QWILFISH
Deserves pre-evo? - STANTLER & LAPRAS

My favorite? AERODACTYL
 
Not impressed with having to choose ONE when there are so many choices. :/ I voted for Zangoose either way. He's cool, and I've always had good luck with Zangoose in PBR.

There are a few on this list, namely Tauros and Kangaskhan, but there are others.

Emolga. It's a flying Pikachu.

Mmh... Aerodactyl.

Depends, they are all useful at what they do.

Smeargle.

Throh and Sawk need a common pre-evolved form.

Shuckle. Just imagine it with Eviolite in a Sandstorm.

Shuckle again.

Shuckle gets my vote.

Aerodactyl, Skarmory and Rotom were all very good in Gen IV, but I'm not entirely sure this gen.

No contest, obviously Farfetch'd.

Delibird is pretty hectic, as is Kecleon.

Tough question. Skarmory has been one of the most used Pokemon, but I'm guessing this question is inplying attacking wise. If so then Heracross or Sawk would be up there.

That really depends, but personally I've found Aerodactyl and Lapras both to be very reliable in-game.
Which Pokémon is the most unique?
Most likely Smeargle, but I would prefer to say Girafarig or Cryogonal.
Which Pokémon deserves a pre-evolution?
Lapras, Cryogonal or Tropius.
Which Pokémon deserves an evolution?
Dunsparce, Spinda and Luvdisc (no Alomomola doesn't count!)
Most importantly:

Hmmm, Farfetch'd or Sableye or Throh. And Solrock too!
 
Absol's my favourite. However, Sableye comes very close behind.

Would've been great if it were a multiple choice poll.
 
Aerodactyl is the only one on the list who`s one of my favorite Pokemon. It might not be the best, but it sure is one of the best on the list.

I admit, even though I'm a guy, Emolga's pretty damn cute. Also, Qwilfish.

Well, strong is a relative term, so, based on how I use them...Qwilfish.

Qwilfish makes an awesome Rain Dance/Swift Swim Sweeper.:D

Rotom's pretty unique, and Qwilfish. How many other pufferfish 'mons do YOU see?

I believe Miltank, Tauros, and Bouffalant should all share a pre-evolutio, tentatively called Calfos. Now that I think of it, a baby Qwilfish would be quite cute.

Qwilfish. But only if it does it justice, like a Kingly Pufferfish, or a Lionfish.

QWILFISH! The dude's awesome! Look at all of my above reasons.
 
I voted for Luvdisc because of the humor value... aside from that I find it humorous that Skarmory has no votes yet is the most used competitive pokemon out of all of these by far
 
Really hard to choose between Heracross, Absol and Zangoose since they're all awesome.

Had to go for Heracross in the end though, since I used him a lot in HeartGold.
 
Well. I think that we can all agree there's only one winner who'll come out of this unscathed. SHUCKLE CAN NEVER BE COMPARED TO ANYTHING OR ANYBODY ELSE.

Really hard to say. Many Pokemon on this list are unique in their own special way.

I don't really think any of them do.

OBJECTION!

Qwilfish can actually hold its own pretty well, especially in the rain. By no means is it weak. An evolution would be nice, though.

Anyway, I still stand by my vote for lil' Qwil.

Durant, it's high Attack and Speed will rape another person's team.

I'd have to say Zangoose. I always loved its M-scar.

Rotom, though its forme changes are a bit creepy...

Again, Durant. Pair its high attack with Hustle and you've got yourself a sweeper.

Surpisingly, Farfetch'd was a lot of help to me in the Red/Blue days.

Unown, a Pokemon based on all the letters of the alphabet is awesome.

I voted Absol, but Spiritomb, Rotom, Druddigon and Durant were all close.
 
Sigilyph looks to be taking my vote, but Sawk, Rotom, Spiritomb, Chatot, Absol, Tropius, Torkoal, Sableye, Girafarig, and Aerodactyl I all like alot in some degree or another.
