Sinnoh Underground traps

Is there any way to get out of the trap in the Sinnoh underground that sets you on fire? The only way I could is to just turn the game off... and try digging for gems somewhere else.

I think you just need to blow into the microphone like with the trap that fills the screen with leaves.

The microphone is on the DS itself, lol

Microphone is part of the DS. Just blow into the little holes where the sound comes out.

The microphone isn't in the same place as the speakers.

DS lite or regular? Either way, it might pick up the noise of you blowing, which is all it needs to...
