Skin suggestion

I know that this is theoretically a grass pokemon site (to a degree) but I was wondering if there was any chance that someone could create an Electric-type themed skin.

Is the "PikaHeaven" skin showing publically? Try that one.

There's also a skin request topic in the Art Lounge. The best skins there do get added to the forums.
