I've finally taken a stab at skinning bulbapedia, and so far I've managed to come up with this. It should be obvious how you can see what it does. Of course, since I've never done this before, I've gotten stuck, so I was wondering if anyone else is capable of helping. The main three issues are

1: Something's overriding the visited link colour and returning it to default.
2: Changing the font colour on the tabs.
3: The names of the different boxes that are still white so I can change them.
 
I'm sure you can figure it out with the DOM inspector.

I also hope you took into account the pre-existing colour scheme. It should not require us to have to recolour every single table, infobox and navigation box.
