Sky, Land Form trademarks discovered: Similar to Giratina's Another, Origin; could these be Shaymin?

Trademarks for "Sky Form" and "Land Form" have been found in the Pokémon-related area of the Industrial Property Digital Library. Registered six days after "Origin Form" and "Another Form," known to be versions of Giratina, it seems that one or both of these forms may be the "New Pokémon" described in several merchandise fliers.

Deoxys and Burmy were alright...Giratina I can deal with, but Shaymin...

While you are at it, you might as well argue that Pokémon A and B aren't real. Pokémon trademarks registered in tandem with the release of movie information have never gone unused.

The fact of the matter is the foreshadowing surrounding Pokémon A and B strongly hints an alternate Shaymin form; there is really nothing to suggest the introduction of a brand new Pokémon other than fans' wishful thinking. More importantly, we know for a fact that a new Generation IV installment will be announced next month, and if a Generation V Pokémon were announced at the same time - it would pose a great problem marketing-wise. An alternate Shaymin form will create the opposite effect.

Maybe it IS Regigigias... He's Normal, but created the continents, right? So what about the skies?

Of course, Regigigbox would be far louder.

First an overload of legendaries, now added with an overload of alt. forms.

Not to mention that if Arceus is in any possible 3rd DP movie, there's at least 17 forms...although it is just alt. coloring, but still.

I can't even think of how Regigigas would have made the sky. Maybe get that rope it use on the continents to bring down the sky?
