I read Slacking is 670 is that true?
If yes, wouldn't it be pseudo-legendary Pokémon. like Dragonite Tyranitar. Salamence. Metagross. 2.3.5 Garchomp. Hydreigon and Goodra.

Pretty sure the BST has to be exactly 600. Not only is Truant a thing but Slaking went too far in the first place. Slaking isn't a psuedo.

'Course, "pseudo-legendary" is a term with ever-changing criteria. I recall how having two types was such a thing before Goodra hit the scene.

so Slaking cant be pusdeo at all make no sense
its stats are way higher then normal pokemon

"Pseudo-legendary" isn't really a term used by Game Freak as far as I know. It's a trend that they include in every game but never made any exact rules for it, just like the "first route rodent/bird." They're called pseudo-legendary because they are rare, are generally found late in the game, and have the stats and power of a legendary Pokémon, despite not meeting the criteria to truly be a legend. Slaking is extremely powerful, but Slakoth is found before the first gym in RSE/ORAS and has a stat total of over 600. I'd say the last point alone excludes it from that category, but being caught early and evolving relatively early (level 36) also separates it from the pseudos.
