Not yet, Funi officially licensed this series so either no one will pursue it, or it'll be hard to find.
 
That happened for a week maybe after Funimation sent C&D letters to the fansubbers of Revolution... and they "Viva La Revolution" formed and took the rest of the series on. Maybe they'll be back for this series.
 
Funi needs to get off their lazy asses and dub it. Yes, they have Seasons 1 and 2 up on Youtube...but dammit I want to see a new season, dubbed. Granted, they likely won't have the same voice actors, but I can cope with that.
 
Viva la Revolution is not planning to sub it at the moment. They need more translators IIRC.

We have ways to wait. Funi announced they licensed it, but also said it would come to DVD until... 2010.
