Title: Hospitality of Shady House!
Airs: May 3

Here are some summaries from the episode:

After getting lost, Satoshi and the others end up at "Shady House"!? Strange events occur one after another and they all panic! But what is the actual truth behind Shady House?

After getting lost in a forest, Satoshi and his friends end up at the "Shady House", which is said to be filled with ghosts. A man named Guzma suddenly appears before the bewildered group, saying he lives in the house and asking them if they don't want to come in. Since it's also started to rain, the group accepts his offer. However, strange phenomena start occurring one after another, and then part of the group disappears... just what is the truth behind Shady House?

A man named Guzma suddenly appears before the bewildered group, saying he lives in the house and offering them to take shelter from the rain there. However, strange things start happening one after another and it seems like a certain group of Pokémon are involved... Rotom gets to work in order to discover the truth!

Finally! A filler! All these months of non-stop action have been pretty tiring. I can't handle more UBs. Hopefully Gastly, Haunter and Gengar appear in this episode, we haven't seen them in ages.

Oh....Guzma is here. I hope is a different Guzma, because Team Skull would lost its charm if an important member were shown. I would quit the series if that were the case.

Where is thread for "Poke-Football! Lucario appears!"? I saw it on Jirachi.net

Is this supposed to be sarcasm?

This episode sounds like a reference to Po Town.

Could you please provide a source and a credit for the summary translations? I'm not seeing this title pop up on other sites so I'm kind of doubting the validity right now.
I translated it with Google Translate. Original text is from 2chan.

I think these ghosts are actually Team Skull grunts in disguise. Shady House is their headquarters in the games after all, and it's kinda suspicious that Guzma is apparently living there. But I agree that it would be much better to see Old Ghost Trio from Kanto.

Actually, I think it's the best time to establish them. We're done with the whole Lusamine and Nihilego plot, so we can explore Guzma's character without all that messy stuff from the games.

I need to check 2chan to confirm it.

Yes! Guzma is here! About time we got some higher-up members of Team Skull to make their appearance! Hopefully Plumeria will also appear at some point.

That picture is a fake. I first saw it on a YouTube thumbnail ages ago.

About damn time, leader of Team Skull finally appears. Now we want to know, which VA is going to voice him.

Probably someone leaked it beforehand. Now we know it was true all along!
