Why do banned users have Far East characters (I can't tell the languages apart, though in this case it's probably Japanese) under their names?
 
It's just something that was programmed in. I think it just says "banned" or something.
 
I thought it might be something like that, but I don't read Japanese...
 
I knew I'd seen this question before, but didn't know where it was.

So yeah, it basically means, "Foolishly exiled," I guess.

I'd say it's more along the lines of "Banished fool". But my Japanese is shit, so I don't know what the "sareru" conjugation actually does, other than it being the "causative passive" tense after looking it up.
