Snow Leopard Pokemon?

Do any of you have a good idea for a snow leopard Pokemon? If you do please submit. My idea as an example:

Japanese Name: Yuleopaha
English Name: Snowleopure
Type: Ice/Psychic
Dex Info: It can prevent blizzards with its psychic powers. It hates dirt, and prefers to live in fresh fallen deserts of snow and ice.
Attacks: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Arctic Blast, Freezerbolt, etc.

Right right, I don't know that there is a normal leopard pokemon, unless there is one in DP, so I really don't see the point of having a thread entirely devoted to concocting ideas for a snow leopard.
