So a leaflet on the My Pokémon Ranch has surfaced according to Serebii. Apart from the obvious reasons why there is an upgrade, Ranch now also holds the same amount of Pokémon as Pokémon Box: Ruby and Saphire.

I don't even have mah Mew yet :(

So guys, what other features do you want showing up on Ranch? Things I want:

  • New "Haley Trades" especially since all of her traded Pokemon now are easier to obtain from Platinum's move tutors. Maybe they'd have special moves this time?
  • Yet another special Pokémon for reaching 1499
  • Maybe different terrains so the fish can actually be in the water?
 
Being able to actually *name* your Ranch instead of it just taking your Wii's name. x_x Unless it changes when you change the Wii's name. Haven't tried that yet, but it's still slightly annoying.

Different terrains isn't a half bad idea.. seeing all of these Feebas out of water is kinda depressing. =P

Being able to go into Free Mode or whatever it is from the start might be a good idea. Having to upload x amount of Pokemon to unlock it just to move around the camera is kind of annoying. =/
 
I would like the following:

Haley to actually trade with me more often, sometimes asking for a pokemon that I ALREADY have in the ranch.
Something more to do with the pokemon, like maybe mini-games, beauty groomers, or practice battles.
To be able to swap with other games, not just the one you have used to start the ranch.
Better sorting when I search for my pokemon that I need, like Trainer IDs and such.

The increase is nice, but it isn't going to help me much. I need more of a reason to keep playing Ranch other than, OOO look! I get to store my awesome bred pokemon, shiney pokemon, and other rare pokemon so that I have room in my game to do other things!
 
I wouldn't mind being able to keep the toys I get, instead of having a bunch of random ones each day,
and a pokemon ranch pokedex!


also, this is my first post! wooh!
 
I'd like it to be possible to trade Pokemon put on the ranch onto different games other then the one it came from... although I kinda doubt that'll happen. Minor, but something nonetheless. *is planning to get Ranch soon after boxes recently started overflowing*
 
Looking at the pic on Serebii's page, water Pokémon seem to finally have, you know, water. THough I hope they took into account the three different type of water egg gruops, since one egg group is for Pokémon who can also live on land, while another is for those who live on water only, and the other...

...I don't know. I don't want my water Pokémon that can go on land to only be in water :(
