So I just got my Shiny Darkrai...

From soft resetting like a bajillion times and I felt special, this Darkrai is now special to me. Are there any pokemon that you have that are special to you? Not a specific breed of pokemon or anything like that, just a pokemon that you've had since your like Gen 3 game that you still use, or a pokemon with great IVs that you've given perfect EVs to.

Is there a pokemon in your collection that just stands out to you as unique?
 
my first pokémon ever, my sceptile, no matter how much he sucks, I always use him in-game.
 
My Blaziken was the first pokémon I got when I got back into pkmn a few years ago. Him, and the four shiny pkmn that I caught are special to me.
 
If I still had my crystal, it'll be my Shiny Tyranitar


but know, it's my prized swampert (well... not so much as prized lol)
 
My shiny Palkia from Pearl.
He was the first legendary that I ever soft reset for and he popped up shiny after only 35 resets. Odder still, he was an incredibly easy catch: one Stun Spore, one False Swipe, one Dusk Ball and that was it. He practically surrendered to me.

I adore him. He's one spoiled Dragon, I tell ya.
 
My Red Version Mew.
I haven't had it very long and its not a legit event, but as Mew is one of my favorite Pokèmon I like it a lot.

There's also one I don't have anymore that I found on my Gold Version.
His name was Silver, he was a Rattata and as the name says, he was shiny:3 He evolved into Raticate too but I kind of regret doing that XD Shiny Rattata is cuter than shiny Raticate..

My Swampert in Sapphire. Before I was stupid enough to restart my game, my Swampert was the only Pokemon I used to beat the E4 with. (I didn't bother to raise others because it was a pain.) I wish I still had him.
 
I had a shiny Metagross that I spoiled the crap out of... it took me long enough to find a swarm of his base form, and like 4 hours to find a shiny one :p
I had a Cyndaquil I was trying to train, and he got buffed way out from the hunt, though :p
And I think I caught him a half hour to midnight, when the swarm would change, so it was pretty memorable :p
 
Well, it was my Swampert in about..2005. I'd had it since 2003, when the game first came out, but in 2005/2006 my game corrupted.

I sort of miss that 165 bytes of data.

Those are my favorite pokemon too. I mean, not those specific ones but my three pokemon I use to sweep the battle frontier. they were glalie, electrode, and hariyama.

Wow, that's some lucky stuff right there!
It took me like 16 hours of soft resetting total to get my Darkrai.
So I assume that's somewhere between 1300-1600 soft resets, fairly lucky if you ask me.

I like Palkia's shiny a lot, perhaps if I get a pearl game to use with my Pokemon Ranch I'll soft reset for a shiny Palkia.

I remember at one point I valued a Milotic I raised with Dragonbreath (I thought it was a great idea at the time) was quite special since I raised all of it's stuff myself and it easily took out the elite four no problem by itself. I pretty much used it as speed training for making out as much of my pokedex as I could on my Sapphire. EXP Share and then Milotic soloed.
Hah good times.
 
Typhlosion on Silver. Mine was a BEAST! I literally destroyed the E4 with one move one time (I think it was Dragonbreath, but not sure).

Amen. I usually go with a grass-type starter, but Silver just compelled me to use the Cyndaquil, and I ended up trading in a Typholision, breeding it, and raising the youngling up to 100 in Pearl, just because he's such an awesome fire type :p
 
BLAZY the Blaziken. My first ever Pokemon, got it on Ruby almost 6 years ago, even has a 31 speed IV and 30 Special Attack, but he has a Quiet nature and wasn't EV trained.

Now my favourite is Blazy, his son. Kept the IV's, went with a Mild nature and EV trained him. He took down a Dragonite the other day.

There are others that stand out for me, but those are the main two.
 
wow... I just caught a shiny mewtwo on firered.... and off the first try! yay for me

for me, it has to be muddy, my swampert from sapphire, which was my first ever pokemon and claire, my crobat, which is also from sapphire, I still use both of them to this very day
