Which legendary figure of Pocket Monsters would you want to defend your country... please give a reason behind your Pocket Monsters.

Since when is Garchomp a "legendary figure"? Even as non-Legendary legends go (ie, Arcanine, Spiritomb), it's not one of them.

Given that the 9th movie showed that Rayquaza, at least in animeverse, couldn't defend itself from two guys shooting missles at it...yeah.

I suppose then that begs the question of what versions of these things we're talking about too.

Garchomp is a pseudo-legendary, along with Dragonie, Tyranitar, Metagross, and Salamence. Among those, however, he is usually considered the best in competitive battling. That's probably why he was included in the poll.

Anyway, I guess I would go with Mewtwo. He is my favorite legendary, and arguably the most powerful (though Deoxys and Arceus are definitely top competitors). He is also probably the most intelligent, being able to understand and comprehend complex human thoughts and emotions. Assuming he didn't turn "evil" or anything, I think he'd be my top choice.

Either he fights directly with his Psychic abilities, or we do something sneaky and devious.

Still, yeah ... Mewtwo. He has experience with human tech and strategies. Downside: good luck trying to get him on your side and if your enemies hold up some pokemon babies, he'll stop fighting.

Since you never said anything about it, I would use Palkia to use its spacial power to transport the army to the bottom of the ocean, center of the earth, deep space, or any other lethal places I could think of.

I don't know how Dialga, Palkia, or Celebi would not be able to roam time and space. They (along with Arceus and Giratina) are probably the most dangerous of all the legendary pokemon if you can understand their powers.

Palkia (and the rest of the super-legendaries) should be able to displace all rounds of the enemy to be pointed back at the enemy. Palkia should be be able to remove their countries from existence, creating a black hole in the same but opposite way it can rend space. In alls fairness I believe you were trying to attempt into creating this poll, I'd say all of those should be left out.

Now, supposing those were left out, with my personality, I wouldn't be fighting... but I'd probably use Latias and Latios to defend myself and others if need be.
