Diamond Dust in Snowpoint City again.

Since the last occurance of this was Masuda's birthday, what's the occasion today? Or is this just a random use of it? Maybe leap year?
 
Maybe.

I was playing last night (past midnight) so I was in Snowpoint, which is rare for me (I was getting a Smoochum), and I was like "am I crazy, or is this Diamond Dust??".
 
Well, Masuda's blog was updated today, but nothing relevant to this. I'm starting to think it's just something random.

I have diamond dust today, which is already March 15th here in Australia.

Asides from it being the Ides of March (stab a tyrant or dictator today!) is there anything significant about this? I wish I could keep it, it's gorgeous.

ETA: Hōnen Matsuri?

I like the Ides of MArch thing too - commemerate Ceasar!
 
Hm, wanted to see if I could see the Diamond Dust now - couldn't. But did manage to catch a Drifloon today?
