So, which Mega Lati is better?

Wanted to know everyone's opinion on which Lati Twin you would use and why.

Mega Latios: 80/130/100/160/120/110
Mega Latias: 80/100/120/140/150/110

As you can see, their stats are somewhat similar. Personally though, I think Mega Latias is the better option as she has drastically superior defensive stats. Also, her 140 Special Attack is not that far off from Mega Latios' 160 (especially since Latios is unable to hold a Life Orb or Choice Specs now). Thus if that was a concern, a Calm Mind could skyrocket that attack to high levels.

But anyone else have an opinion or strategy on them, or why Latios would be better/has a niche over etc? I could see a mixed sweeper with him.

Latias for sure. She appreciates the boost to her physical defense greatly, while Latios's barren physical move pool ensures that his good mixed attacking stats go to waste. I mean, I guess you could run Dragon Dance/Earthquake/Draco Meteor/filler, but honestly Specs or Life Orb is better.

Mega Latias is certainly the better of the two, since it can use its bulk to effectively set up Calm Mind and generally surpass Mega Latios's damage output, despite having a lower base Special Attack.

Of course, I feel that both Megas are terrifically underwhelming. They don't change their Speed, types, or Abilities at all, and all they really get is some extra physical bulk compared to just the Latis holding Soul Dew.
