Actually, they all received some form of redesign. Fortree's gym mirrored itself.

Actually, Rustboro gym changed its layout and got another trainer, same w/ Dewford gym. Lavaridge's too. Fortree's gym layout was almost reversed. Mossdeep gym was completely overhauled. Sootopolis got a new leader, all other leaders made changes to their rosters, and their strongest Pokemon each held something, usually a berry, but Flannery's Torkoak held a White Herb.

And in the Hoenn dex, Pikachu is #156.

Name every Pokemon that can possibly be caught with an Old Rod. Besides Magikarp.
