Some good natured lvl 1 pokemon

As the title says, i've got some lvl 1 pokemon with good natures that i've been meaning to ev trade but have never gotten around to it. What i want in return mostly are ev trained pokemon but i'll accept other offers if they're really appealing. The pokemon i want the most is a cinccino (preferably dw)

I'd be happy to trade of my own lvl 1 breeds. Do you know how good the IVs are on yours, in particular the Misdreavous, Solosis, Chimchar, Karrablast and Deino? I have a load of Pokemon rated relatively superior or better with at least two 31 IVs

I don't bother (or really know how) to iv breed so sorry i have no idea what their iv's are like

Magnemite's moves are substitute, thunderbolt, flash cannon, and hidden power (no idea what type or power though). I would love a jolly cinccino trained in attack and speed, with a nickname of Fluffy if you can, a modest eevee trained in sp. Atk and speed, nicknamed Frosty, a modest oddish trained in sp. Atk and sp. Def nicknamed Hula, and/or a jolly drilbur trained in attack and speed nicknamed Guaca (preferably with the sand force ability). If you can't get any of these then tell me what you can train/trade and i'll more than likely be happy with it.
