A guy named Tommy Wimmer uploaded the 1st Japanese Pokemon anime ending song "Hyakugojyuuichi" to iTunes and is claiming it as his own. Copyright for this song comes up on YouTube as:

"The Donut Song" by Tommy Wimmer

I have reported the iTunes listing to Nintendo but so far Nintendo has done nothing. They have not removed it and have not made YouTube remove him from their copyright system.

I am at a loss of what to do, Nintendo seems to be so anal about their copyright but they seem to have no interest in going after this guy. Do we just keep reporting this or just give up because Nintendo doesn't care?

Please move this if it is not in the right section.

And so what ? Why are you so bothered about it? If the music is not owned by him, everybody will know and hell lose credibility....

And you did your part reporting him, if Nintendo don't want to do nothing and have no interest on this guy, why are you complaining?
