I have the Power Items. Which ones did you want, or all of them? Also pretty sure in B/W, you can buy 10 Poke Balls at once to get 1 Premier Ball. Then again, depending how many you wanted, that's a lot of Poke Balls...

Fairly certain you can only get a Premier Ball for every 10 Poke Balls you buy at once. Now, I don't know if you can say, buy 30 Poke Balls and get 3 Premier Balls.

Enigma Berries aren't released in Gen V as of yet, so they would have to be hacked.

And yes, if you buy >=10 PokeBalls you will recieve 1 Premier Ball. It's easiest just to keep buying 10 PokeBalls, because if you do buy 30 at once, you won't receive 3 Premier Balls: just one.
