It's not EP129, Jessie is a bit older and has different hair in the flashbacks of that episode. Not sure which episode it could be though... there have been multiple episodes where Jessie flashed back to her youth IIRC.

I doubt it is, the art style looks like OS art style.

Ok, I'll tell you what I already know:
- By her hair colour, it has to be from OS.
- It's not from any obvious Rocket episode or I'd already know where it's from
- Likewise it's not from the first half of Kanto.

I found out and after finding out what it is, I remembers seeing that image several months ago. It's Nerves of Steelix. The flashback was just to reference some real world pencils cases.

Did you click the image and select search Google for image? That's what I did and it came up with pages that also used the same or a similar image. And thanks, but I didn't do that much.
