SoY Questionnaire: Destiny?

Your entire life can be recalled in seconds. You've drifted through a world of mediocrity. A moment has come and gone, a single sentence uttered from your mouth that seemed as if your purpose for existing had just passed you by. You are an extra, a nobody, someone to momentarily push the story along for someone far greater than you will ever be allowed to be.

One day, however, your life changes. You are pulled from your pointless life and thrown into a world of endless possibility. Suddenly, you're learning things, enough that you can actually teach others and your opinion matters. This world, however, is a cruel place. Unlike the world you lived in "good" and "evil" aren't so appearant. There are no hero's when bad things happen.

In "The Story of Yewer" beings have been pulled through portals from other worlds and put within this land of Pokemon. Those who were Human are turned into Pokemon who best represent their personality and have been mistakenly deemed as "Hu-Mon". However, other Pokemon from other worlds have been pulled to this land as well and are referred to as "Shades". Both are considered Forigners by the Native Pokemon of Yewer.

A character will be added, a Jynx named Desidre. She was an extra character in a very generic short story about a Hero, Villain and Princess. When pulled to this world she was lucky enough to have been found by a group of other Forigners who taught her a great many things. She was an extra no more, but then the Natives attacked and her new life was thrown into turmoil.



The Question:

You are Desidre. Do you:

A) Seek vengeance over the Natives who ruined your new life. Not just them, but all Natives.

B) Analyze the problem and seek to protect others from such needless aggression. This requires forgiving those who have willingly and knowingly taken your family from you.

C) Seek domination over all to protect what is important to you regardless of the personal sacrifice.


Your choice will determine Desidre's "Unsealed" evolution as well as her future role in the story. Unsealed are a class of Pokemon in this world who have undergone a personalized style of perminant Mega Evolution. Unsealing can be caused by any number of factors. In this case, the sudden emotional distress coupled with an emergency decision from someone who is mentally unprepared to deal with the outcome. The breaking point, the Unsealing.

Gonna call it on 'C'. Based on her background the Unsealing will encompass all that she was not, the Hero, Princess and Villain. With her new look comes new powers focused around her Psychic and Ice abilities. She is able to briefly read minds, enough so that she can react to attacks before they are made. Her Ice ability allows her to form armor and weaponry from ice within close contact. More on her unique abilities will be revealed as the story progresses.

The choices here not only modify her attitude, but the hue her semi-transparent ice armor would take on. 'A' would have altered her coloration to be Black from the tone of her skin. Her attitude would have been that of Vengeance. 'B' would have altered her coloration to be Blue, more of an icy color than transferred undertone. Her attitude would have altered to be more Authoritative.

'C' has altered the color to be Red from her natural clothing carried over from being a Jynx. Her Dominant and Sacrificial attitude will be that of a Saint, a judge who holds their own opinion above that of others and will only work with others to further her control over any given situation. To her, everyone else is the Extra.
