Plotline: In the 22nd century, high-tech orbital space colonies were constructed, intended to alleviate an overpopulation problem on the earth. The people put on the colonies acutally warmed up to the idea of living miles away from the surface. All is well, until power-hungry traitors tried to seize control of both the earth and the colonies. After an epic war, the evil army of conspirators were soundly defeated by the combined efforts of both the earth and colonial forces. The surviving betrayers went into hiding, plotting their revenge. The governments of the earth and the colonies, learned from their spies that the group of surviving turncoats, who now call themselves the "Army of Evil", started building combat space vehicles that are armed to the teeth and possibly powerful enough to overthrow the governments. In response, the governments commissioned the creation of their own combat space vehicles to counter the threat of the Army of Evil. The Spaceship Wars is about to start...

Eye Color: Green. Due to an implant in his left eye that lets him detonate his grenades easily, it looks like it has no pupil, and is just a white orb with a green ring in it.

Skin Tone: Pale

Personality Traits: Evan is very irritable, due to staying up all doing his mercenary team's bookkeeping, making explosives, and eating celery. He finds people who bother him while he's working particularly grating, and even when they've done nothing wrong, he mocks them endlessly. However, he's also fairly intelligent, and is knowledgeable in many fields. He's somewhat amoral as well, usually only caring about a select group of friends and family. Despite this, he can be nice, he just doesn't like to show it, worried it will make him seem weak.

Background: Evan came from a military family, both of his parents officers in the Army of Evil. He idolized both, and ended up attending military academy. While their, he vacationed in a neutral space colony occasionally, and while their, learned of their atrocities. This planted seeds of doubt in his mind, and he began skipping school to read books and newpapers he had gotten at great difficulty from the other nations. Everything came to a head when his mother died in battle. He quit the military, his father disowned him, and Evan decided to steal the family space ship. With little money to his name, he ended up a drunkard in the colony he had spent so much time vacationing in. There, after talking to some people in a bar, he decided to turn his life around, and start a team of mercenaries. He replaced his alcohol addiction with an addiction to celery, and, selling his old space ship, he got one suited for battle.

Other: He specialized in demolitions in military academy, and if anything, his knowledge of explosives has grown. He always carries around some small grenades he makes. Each one looks like a small, translucent sphere, with a texture like rubber, each one about the size of a ping-pong ball. After touching them, he can detonate them by blinking three times in one second, thanks to the implant in his eye, or set them to detonate on impact by squeezing them. He has two varieties: Vanilla explosives, and ones that release a colorless, odorless gas that knocks out anyone that breathes it in for a few minutes. He also has a skin-tight suit under the formal attire he favors, which allows him to turn invisible for up to one hour when fully charged. He can also pull the neck up over his mouth to protect him from the knock-out gas from his grenades, and most other vapor-based weaponry.

I've got a few questions, by the way:
1. What kid of weaponry is there? Are there laser swords?
2. Who names their army the Army of Evil? That's gotta be seriously bad PR.

I know Army of Evil is corny, but please go with it.

You can make up a colony.

as for weapons, they're sci-fi weaponry like laser swords.

as for spaceships, there are starfighters, frigates, battleships, flagships, shuttles, carriers, and such

he haven't found a girl yet. 1 universe, 8 planets, 204 countries, 809 islands, 7 seas, 6 billion people and HE'S STILL SINGLE.
That's why he go to the colony of azeroth, to found a girl and more money.

Background: Charles, nicknamed "Char" for his fondness of the Gundam series, have participated in the war against the traitors. He was awarded the Silver Hydra for his bravery and cunning on the battlefield. When he was informed of the Army of Evil's threat, he decided to train himself for the day when the war against the traitors would start again. He has been recently selected to pilot a new prototype CSV starfighter that has the potential to revolutionize space fighters as we know it! Will Charles be able to control his new combat vehicle and triumph over the malicious operatives of the Army of Evil? We'll find out when we start the RP! Also, when not in combat training, Charles would watch the original Mobile Suit Gundam on DVD.

Background: Emmett was born on a rouge ship of pirates, He was later found on a wreck back on earth after the ship was attacked. He was take in a shipper designer, as he grew up he learned how to make and work, get in into any ship now used. After, Emmett turned 18 he stole copies of all future blue prints of all ships that the military would use. He made sure no one would ever find out, and no one ever did. After that Emmett began to hack and steal from the military and sell ships and such to the black market and such, but proof of him being the one who hacked and stealed the ships, so he was placed onto a most watched list.
After he turned 21 he ended up going to a bar, he ended up teaming up with a guy named Evan becoming part of his crew.
Other notes: Emmett is very skilled with Laser swords and carries four laser swords and one Sword, the one sword he has is made out of the toughest metal known to man.
 
he may be an expert hacker, but the military from whom he stole those blueprints from planned ahead and made back-ups of them!

Allegiance: He guards merchant ships, so I'm not sure what you'd call that. Neutral/Orbital maybe?
Military position: N/A, other than him being a captain of a ship.
Bacground: Born on the colony of Reach, Grant always looked to the stars fo answers. He was always a bit reckless for a kid, but all that changed the daythat he found an old Halcyon-class cruiser sitting in an abandoned drydck. It seemed in perfect shape. Gahering a crew of volunteers and friends, he managed to pilot the ship into high orbit. That is where his career took off. He got a job as an escort against pirates for merchant ships. He often had to use one or two illegal manuevers, but he was the best that they got. He never let a merchant ship get anywhere close to danger. The Orbital government let him recruit people onto his vessel after he single-handedly destroyed three captured dreadnoughts that were beig used to harrass merchant shippers in the outer rim. His ship, the Say My Name, uses multiple CIWS anti-fighter/missile batteries, and hundereds of Barret missiles. The ship has two very important features though, one being the huge mass driver stationed in the front and core of the ship. Sure, it's old tech, but it had been modified to fire up to 3 1200 ton tungsten rounds at once. The other feature is its honeycomb structure. WHile amazingly exensive to produce, (One reaon why it was decommisioned) it makes the ship practically indestructable. Halcyon's have been known to suffer 90% hull breach and still be functional. That is what makes Grant's ship so legendary.
Other: I hope that it's OK to start out with a ship, but it seemed OK.
