Yes, it'll fit just fine. The Mudkip will only be used for breeding purposes, so there's no need for an Egg Move or anything.

Just got through VM'ing everyone who's made an offer since my last post. Since there are so many people offering me Tropius and Mudkips, I'll be handling those requests on a first come, first serve basis. Meaning that the first person who's actually able to make the trade will be the one to get it. Anyone else who's offered me the same Pokemon, sorry. I'll try and come up with some other Non-legendary Pokemon that you can trade me for.
