Specific EV training Power Items

Hello, im am looking for the Power items that boost these stats:
Sp. Atk.
Sp. Def.
Speed

I can offer many things, but since i do not know what is worth a power items, i what let you say what you want for it. Unfortunatly, I can not trade today because my DSI is out of battery and i dont have a charger, so tommorow would be great
