Few interesting details:

Gwen Stacy is in. The link in her name takes you to an image of what she'll look like.

Kraven the Hunter and Calypso will both make appearances.

We WILL see the Sinister Six, possibly in more than one incarnation.

Spidey will suit up in the black costume for "multiple episodes." No clue if it's the symbiote or just the black suit.
