Will these be dubbed, or are they doomed like Professor Oak's many post show sketchs???

I'm thinking the former, though it looks like the kind of thing that would be fairly dub friendly (unlike Oak and his senryus)

Probably not because it seems like the dubbed programs need a lot more commercial time. I don't know this for sure so please don't attack me if I'm wrong, but it seems like when I watch an original version it is like 24+ minutes and the dubbed versions here are like 21 minutes or less, leading to a condensed opening and no post episode stuff.

Yeah, the English dub definitely doesn't have as much time as the Japanese version thanks to the way Cartoon Network has to cram in so many commercials.

So no, I don't think the post-episode stuff is ever going to get dubbed. Footage from those shorts might end up getting re-purposed for promos or something like that but that's probably about it.
