@AuraWolf; You mean Gen V? You can't have a Speed Boost Torchic in Gen IV w/o hacking.

I can't believe nobody has one here. :/ Blaziken with the Speed Boost ability are very popular. I guess there aren't many competitive battlers here.

@AuraWolf; I did my research and it is impossible to get a Speed Boost Torchic/Blaziken in Gen IV. (Without Hacking) Only in Gen V. Sorry guy. :-/
