Speed? Gues how many % of pokemon are faster or slower then this single pokemon?

lets Say Charizard with base speed 100?


how many are faster in %? something like 120 from 802, thats 15%

how many have the exact same speed in %? 29 pokemon, from 802, thats 3,65%. lets say 4%
How many pokes are slower in %?

if we use math further then 100-(15+3,65)=100-18,65= 81,45%, lets say 81%.

Lets compare that to Decidueye base speed 70:

faster: 279 from 802, thats , lets say 35%

equal: 38 from 802, thats , lets say 5%

slower: 485 from 802, thats lets say 60%

now Greninja base speed 122:

faster: 31 out of 802, thats lets say 4%

equal: 1 out of 802, thats lets say 0,125%... lets say seriously 0%.

slower: 770 out of 802, thats something like 96%

You can say what pokemon would have bigger chance using trick room good, what need tailwind and other things and so on.

I'm just asking what's going to be done of this info once it's obtained. I'd like to know that before I put in my Sunday in the effort. Statistics usually have a purpose to serve.

for good of us and other players , maybe the creators will notice more then we If they look at the net.
Plus nobody at smogon or bulbapedia have done this before, you want to be the first or not?

If the Creators ever create new pokemons (not legendary, not pseudolegendary) with new abilities that:

a) will make the user immune to damage dealing moves from faster pokemon = have actual speed higher then the user of this ability (decreased priority moves and Stall would be used more in such a situation)

- stats and weather moves still would work well

b) create a other pokemon and make it immune to damage dealing moves from pokemons that are slower then the user of this ability (high priority moves, gale wings, prankster still would work on it)

- stats and weather moves still would work well, especially Thunder wave with 25% speed reduction)
- this one would thaw out faster from freeze but take more damage in hail and sandstorm
- dont know if both "b)" should be landgoing or flying?
psychic terrain blocks increased priority moves and would make it rather hard to beat it.

This kind of new pokemons would need only 1 HP like shedinja
or if higher HP this abilities should be like Gale wings and stop working when hp is under 50% of full HP?

c) form changes(stats and type wise) that activate depending on the oponents speed (or changes between user and oponent)

- this new pokemons could have weak dual typings;
other low stats and restricted movesets with also diffrent priority moves for their purpose.

priority moves, Stall, speed changing and other pokemon would get then real deal to work with.

Trick room would get a totally new aspect in the game.

Mold breaker users would be good again in this kind of situations to deal with.

Over Power-ed and Over speed-det pokemon would get some cheeks and counters and slower pokemon could shine even more

- trapping, flinching and switching would also get totaly new game feeling in and on diffrent situations.
(Roar and Whirlwind would be not so lame after all)

that means that 99,9% of pokemon are faster then both of them.
