Spoiler-Free Guide for Initiating USUM Side Quests

I stumbled upon this thread on Reddit and thought it would be a wonderful idea to have here in the Bulbaforums! I'll copy and paste the OG instructions, since the OP nicely articulated everything:

"From what I've seen there are a healthy amount of side quests in USUM. Maybe not lengthy ones, but people have said they're sweet and meaningful at the very least.

The thing is, I enjoy stumbling across them and not knowing what to expect and letting them surprise me. This is a double edge sword, though, as I don't know when/where these events are, if I even know they even exist at all. This is especially the case for events that require you to backtrack to old locations. During SM, I didn't even know that the Trial Captain battles existed until after I beat the Elite 4, and by then I was so above them in levels that it wasn't fun to battle them.

So I propose we use this thread to compile a list of these quests in USUM, but listing them in such a way that people who are trying to stay spoiler free can find them but still be surprised. It might even be best to not include what the event will entail; only letting players know that SOMETHING will happen if you poke around a specific location. So any information would be best if limited to:

1. The location you need to be to start the event.
   
2. Any conditions you need to meet in order for the quest to be triggered (like "Beat this trial" or "Talk to this person on this day").
   
3. The best time to do the event, based on when the quest becomes accessible/the levels of any pokemon you battle as part of the quest.
   

Especially those of you who have cleared the game and have come across these little surprises, leave these kinds of spoiler-free clues below!"

I do hope people will share what they've found during their journeys in USUM For example, I'll post something to start:

• In Hau'oli City Hall, after you complete the Grand Trial, there will be two events that occur. One that will begin as soon as you walk in (make sure you have a Pokemon whose level is 14+!) and another that occurs by talking to the front desk lady.

Mayhap not really a sidequest but after you catch Zygarde (50% form) go to the Aether Paradise station in Route 16 on Ula'Ula Island. Make sure you have a strong party with you (level 60 or higher).

A second one is to enter the police station near Po Town, I came there after becoming champion so I can't tell if that is a requirement. This is actually a humerous cut scene rather than a side quest.

Return to the abandoned Thrifty Megamart after becoming champion and follow Mimikyu.

Reporter at the entrance of the abandoned Thrifty Megamart.
Have Tapu Bulu in your party and address her.

Lonely Stufful in motel room
Have a fresh water in your inventory and go to the Haina desert. Go right after entering and talk to the hiker.
