I was playing with a bunch of friends today and one of them ran into him. He gave him a TM for Flame Charge. Its nice to see Colress again.

Colress is not the only that has returned.

It's cool that he's back, even if he doesn't get to do much of anything. B/W2 is my favorite entry of the main series.

He doesn't do much. They could as well make it that a random NPC gives you Flame Charge. :/
