What's up? I thought I'd post here and ask a few questions about a sprite comic I am making at thatguywiththeglasses.com. I have the basics and it's going pretty well so far as seen here:

I know it isn't the best. But, I plan to make it better. The thing is, I'm trying to figure out some things.
1. How do I make the speech bubbles and how would I get them to fit in those panels?
2. How does a place like bobangeorge.com make the sprites larger without distorting the images?
3. Where can I get good backgrounds that work with altered Pokemon trainer sprites.
That's what the sprites I am using are, btw. I can make them move fine as I have experience doing so making animated cursors. It's the same basic concept as far as that's concerned.
4. I found a program that allows me to make speech bubbles. Only thing is that it is for MAC.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
