Im new to this site, and relatively new to wiki editing, so I dont know everything I can do, but I know the basics of the editing.

However, tell me if im being completely stupid, but why, when I try to edit the sprite tables on the Pokémons actual page, it gives me about 6 short lines of code, blatantly not showing the names of the sprite images, so i cannot edit the tables. I was wondering because I wanted to make the tables look better, and put the images in the archives on the pages.

Because the sprite table is a template, which has been coded so that it will have the sprites in it uploaded to the correct place (we're very specific about the filenames for the sprites) and with the right extension.

Yes, there are some images uploaded to the archives already, but they're in the wrong places and few and far between, especially for Gen II. And as for all of the ###.png images for the DP sprites, those are in fact reserved for the latest generation of sprites, so when Gen V comes around we'll be uploading over those.

Consistency is key. And with the template, all you gotta do is put in generation, name, type, and National Dex number, and pow. Instant sprites as long as they're in the right places, which they should be.
