Square Enix's "secret" not so secret anymore...

The characters look cheesy to me, but none the less it looks VERY fun.
 
Gaiden. It's not a main entry game.
 
Four Warriors of Light? That sounds like Final Fantasy I! But then, is it some sorta sequel to that?

I'm going to be wondering about that...
 
A likely FF1 spin-off for DS? Sounds kinda neat. May purchase if it turns out to be good.

Assuming it is a Gaiden for FF1, has FF1 had any games specifically related to it before this? All I can think of is the Warrior of Light character in Dissidia, but I'm not a huge Final Fantasy fan.

FFI isn't the only Final Fantasy game that metions "Four Warriors of Light"
FFIII's main characters are the known as the Four Warriors of light, and that whole "Dark and light being unbalanced" thing is mentioned throughout almost all Final Fantasies.

So it may have nothing to do with FFI.
 
Those are some really bad character models, even for a DS game.

Oh. But then, they already have FFIII on the DS, so why would they already do something agaiN? But then, I don't know much about III.
So, I wonder what this thing overall is? But then, that's why we're posting here...

I have to sit in my brain about this until I get an idea.
 
is anyone even surprised the "secret" was leaked? After all, Famitsu has done this before. (a certain ninja named Sheik rings a bell)
 
The character models look great on a map, but they still look like crap in battle - especially since you zoom in often.
