Aye.. That's a toughie..

Looks: I have to give my vote to Squirtle. He's soooo wubbable ^^

Battles: Totodile, with the right training formula and alot of Proteins.

Moveset: Tie. Both are great moveset wise.

Usefulness: Totodile. You can RIDE an actual dinosaur across the sea! Awesome.

Looks: Tie. Both are adorable.

Battles: Totodile. Crunch, Ice Fang, aqua tail and screech =win

Moveset: Kinda the same I supose so tie again.

And Usefullness: Totodile can take out more types with its moves and such.

Overall: I'm biased I guess cos Totodile is my most favorite Pokémon ever
